Ice Queen Rapid Toner conjures up cool silver shades that perfectly tone pre-lightened hair to an icy blonde. Leave on longer for an intense silvery grey shade.
All Crazy Color Rapid Tinting products work alone or as a pre-toner before applying semi-permanent color for longer lasting color. The creamy formula contains shea butter, oleic acid, grapeseed oil, sunflower oil and glycerin to help moisturize, nourish and protect hair while adding shine for a healthy, hydrated result.
Toners must be mixed with 6Vol/1.9% cream peroxide to activate them or they will not be effective.
