Application: Lunar Tidessemi-permanent hair dyes must be applied to pre-lightened or platinum-blonde hair. The colors appear different in the bottle than they do on the hair, so it’s best to test the shade on a small strand first. Apply evenly to clean hair. Let the color process for 15–45 minutes, depending on the desired intensity, then rinse thoroughly.
