It contains no sulfates, parabens, SLS, artificial fragrances and colors, petrochemicals, formaldehyde, mineral oil, palm oil, phenoxyethanol, PEG or pentylene glycol. This shampoo is formulated specifically for dreadlocks and is completely residue free. Unlike conventional shampoos , it contains no emollients (conditioner, silicone, etc.), which keeps your hair in great condition for dreadlocks without drying out your hair or scalp or leaving greasy buildup in your dreadlocks.

Application: this shampoo is sulfate-free, so it produces less lather. If needed, wash your hair twice. Then rinse hair and massage the shampoo into the scalp. Focus on the scalp, then gently massage lather from roots to ends of hair. Repeat the process as needed.
